Sunday 27th January 2013 - Beginners cupcake decorating Class, covering buttercream piping techniques, working with various edible medium with cutters and moulds to create decorations for your cupcakes. Class cost includes 12 cupcakes to decorate and take home with you and hot drinks throughout the day. Time 10am-4pm. Cost £75. Deposit to book £40 Monday 28th January 2013 - Large vintage sugar rose. All equipment provided. 6pm-8pm. Cost £30. Deposit to book £15
Sunday 17th February 2013 - Bride & Groom model course. All equipment provided. Cost £75. Deposit to book £40 Sunday 24th February - Advanced cupcake decorating class - covering buttercream piping techniques, working with various edible medium with cutters and moulds to create decorations for your cupcakes and also to include fondant topped cupcake designs... Including embossing, stencilling and domed cupcake toppers. Includes 12 cupcakes to decorate and take home and hot drinks throughout the day. Time 10am-4pm. Cost £75. Deposit to book £40 Tuesday 19th February 2013 - large vintage rose class (see above) £30 Sunday 3rd March 2013 - Single tier cake decorating class, to include levelling, splitting, filling, crumb coating and fondant icing an 8" round sponge cake (provided). Time 10am-4pm. Cost £75. Deposit to book £40 Sunday 24th March 2013 - Giant Cupcake decorating class.. Showing you how to decorate the increasingly popular giant cupcake, including fondant covering the base and buttercream piping techniques for the top. Giant cupcake provided and all equipment. Time 1pm - 4pm. Cost £45.
